Counselling Services I Offer

I offer individual counselling sessions in person, both in Central Sheffield and Central London. Meeting for in person counselling offers you a more in depth and hollistic counselling experience where you can step away from the other aspects of your life and take time to reflect with me in a private and neutral setting. I offer individual counselling sessions online after completing extra training in how to ethically deliver remote counselling. Online counselling can be very helpful if you are unable to travel for in person sessions or if you find the thought of leaving your home anxiety provoking. Many people find it most beneficial to work from a space where they already feel comfortable and this allows them to open up more effectively in counselling.
